Processing Time

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
• International (if enabled at checkout):7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance, Drug and cosmetics regulations, FEMA etc.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid domestic orders above ₹1000/-
• Flat shipping fee applies below the threshold Order Limit
• COD convenience charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Delivery Guidelines

• Deliveries are attempted Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
• Please do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered or damaged
• An acknowledgment/signature/Contact no/photo ID may be required upon delivery

Delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, customs, or logistical issues are beyond our control.

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS .
• You can monitor your shipment in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by their country.

• Shipping charges paid at checkout do not include customs duties.

• If customs charges are refused, the order may be returned and refund (if any) will exclude shipping and return costs.

• Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hrs. of placing orders otherwise orders can’t be cancelled and if not, the customer has to bear the charges.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• If a shipped order is refused at delivery, refund (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection.

Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or replacement if: - The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect however that product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, if any.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
